Team Bodog Goes to the 2009 World Series of Poker*

Congratulations to Team Bodog's newest members, all of our online players who qualified for the 2009 WSOP* and who are now preparing to make a lot of noise at the Main Event, and to all of the Bodog.com poker pros who are doing us proud.

Not Going to the 2009 WSOP Main Event?

Just because you're not going to the 2009 WSOP Main Event doesn't mean you have to throw in the cards. At Bodog we've got three perfectly good alternatives for you:

1. WSOP Live Event Updates

Bodog.com poker pros David Williams, Justin Bonomo, Evelyn Ng and Jean-Robert Bellande continue to play their way through event after event, each with the goal of finishing first in the Main Event that starts on July 3rd - 15th. 2. 2009 Bodog Mini Poker Series

So you didn't qualify for the 2009 WSOP* Main Event. Put it behind you and think about next year: be the first to win a seat at the 2010 WSOP* Main Event!

With the kind of intense action found at the WSOP* but at a fraction of the cost, the 2009 Bodog Mini Poker Series lets you challenge other players in our Bodog Poker Room and live to tell about it.

PLUS, you can earn points and work your way up the Tournament Leader Board for a spot in the 2009 Bodog Mini Poker Series Final Tournament. Win that and you've got yourself a $12,000 WSOP* prize package - and one of THE FIRST seats to the 2010 WSOP* Main Event as a member of Team Bodog 2010!

The 2009 Bodog Mini Poker Series is made up of 13 $10+$1 tournaments that run from Friday, July 3rd to Wednesday, July 15th 2009. The top 30% of finishers in each qualifying tournament will earn points based on their finish. These points will be used to rank players. At the end of the qualifying series we will host two other tournaments; first the Mini Series Semifinal on Tuesday, July 21st 2009, and then on Thursday, July 23rd 2009 we will host the Bodog Poker Mini Series Final Tournament.

3. Bodog Flight Club Tournament: The Bicycle Casino Legends of Poker

As promised, Bodog Flight Club awards at least one seat every month to a major international poker event. And up next is The Bicycle Casino Legends of Poker.

Home to the world's second largest poker cardroom, the Bicycle Casino is once again thrilled to be hosting the Legends of Poker, a tournament series that dates back to 1995 and features one of the wildest final tables of the year with some of the biggest names to ever play the game of poker.

This year's Legends of Poker tournament begins on Saturday, August 22nd through Thursday, August 27th, but on Monday, July 20th at 9 pm ET Bodog Poker will be hosting a special Flight Club Semifinal in which one (1) seat to the Legends of Poker will be given to the winner - guaranteed.

All Bodog Flight Club winners instantly become a member of Team Bodog, which comes along with plenty of coverage on the Bodog Beat and Bodog Poker Articles section so that friends and family can follow along at home.
